I’m Casie Cason, Director of Operations, born in Saratoga Springs, New York, I lead with both strategy and heart—anchored by a deep love for my daughter, my family, and the people I have the privilege to support. A former competitive cheerleader with a lifelong passion for dance and theatre, I bring joy, energy, discipline, and creativity into everything I do. I believe the best results happen when people feel connected, motivated, and genuinely excited about the work they’re doing together.

For more than a decade, my work has lived at the intersection of manufacturing, logistics, and consulting, where I’ve supported complex operations with a strong focus on people and clients. I began my career in manufacturing, gaining hands-on experience across planning, inventory, pricing, and analytics. Those years shaped my love for problem-solving, data-informed decisions, and building systems that make work smoother, more reliable, and more impactful for customers.

I later moved into logistics, where collaboration and communication were at the heart of every day. Partnering closely with clients, leading teams, navigating challenges, and creating clarity in fast-moving environments taught me the value of transparency, trust, and consistency. I thrived in roles that allowed me to connect people, align goals, and turn challenges into opportunities for growth.

Returning to manufacturing in recent years allowed me to expand my leadership across procurement and supply chain functions. Supporting buyers, expeditors, and analysts, I focused on strengthening collaboration, supporting supplier relationships, and ensuring continuity across the supply chain. Even roles that weren’t the right long-term fit reinforced what I value most—healthy culture, aligned leadership, and environments where people can truly do their best work.

Today, I’m grateful to lead operations at Tap Off Images, where people come first and passion fuels performance. I focus on building scalable processes, supporting teams, and delivering experiences that feel seamless, thoughtful, and exceptional for our clients.
